Rentap keeps a record of each person and where they live. A person can be linked to more than one room, and keeps their history when they move to another room.
Add a person
- Go to People and choose Add a person.
- Enter their name and at least one way to contact them: email, phone, WhatsApp or post.
- Choose where they live and their role there: tenant, occupier or guarantor.
- Select Save.
Find someone
Use Search on the People page to find someone by name, email or phone. You can filter the list by property.
When someone moves out
Open the person and, under Where they live, choose End next to the room. Their history stays with them, so you can still see where they lived and when.
Notes
Use Notes about this person for things other managers need to know, such as access arrangements. Notes stay with the person whichever room they live in, and only managers can see them.
