We never hold your money

Tenants pay you directly, by bank transfer, cash or however you agree. Rentap records the payment; the money never passes through us.

Each organisation's data is kept apart

Every record belongs to one organisation, and the database itself refuses to show one organisation's data to another. We test this on every release.

Tenants only see what's theirs

A tenant sees their own balance, their own payments and the issues they've reported, and nothing about other tenants.

Secure sign-in

Passwords are never stored, only a secure one-way hash. Owners and managers can turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app, and see and sign out every device from their account.

Every change is recorded

Payments, charges and expenses are never silently edited or deleted. Corrections are made with a reason, and every change is kept in an audit trail the owner can review.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in the UK and handled under UK GDPR. You can export everything at any time.
