What do I pay for?
1 month free, no card needed. Add a card during your trial and get 1 more month free. Then £2 a room a month. You pay for the number of rooms you choose. Houses are managed room by room, so a house with five rooms is £10 a month.
How does the free period work?
You get 1 month free. You don't need a card for it. If you add a card during the trial, you get 1 more month free. You pay nothing during the free months.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven't added a card, nothing is charged. Your account pauses and your data is kept for 12 months. If you have added a card, your extra free month starts. When it ends, your first payment is taken.
What if I don't want to continue?
Just don't add a card. Without a card, we can't charge you anything. When the trial ends, your account pauses and your data is kept for 12 months. If you've already added a card, cancel online before your extra free month ends. Then you pay nothing.
Do I pay for empty rooms?
Yes. You pay for the number of rooms you choose, not for how many are let. For example, if you choose 20 rooms and 15 are let, you pay for 20 rooms: £40 a month.
How do I pay?
You choose how many rooms you need and pay for that number each month by card. You pay on the same day each month as the day you started. That's your payment day, and it stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed.
What happens if I change the number of rooms?
You can change it at any time. Before anything changes, we show you what it means for your bill, and nothing is charged until you confirm.
Who doesn't pay?
Tenants and residents use Rentap free, and so do managers. Only the landlord or company letting the rooms pays.
How do I cancel, and what happens to our data?
You can cancel online at any time. There's no notice period. If you cancel before your free months end, you pay nothing. If you cancel later, you can use Rentap until your next payment day. Your data is kept for 12 months after that so you can come back or export it, then deleted.
