Create your Rentap account

Creating an account takes a couple of minutes. You get 1 month free and you don't need a card for it.

Your free month

• You can use every feature free for 1 month. No card needed.
• If you add a card during the trial, you get 1 more month free.
• If you don't add a card, we never charge you. Your account pauses when the trial ends and your data is kept for 12 months.

Sign up

1. Go to the sign-up page and choose Start free.
2. Enter your name, email address and a password.
3. Enter your business name, for example Elm Road Lettings. You can use your own name.
4. Select Create account.

This creates your organisation in Rentap, the business or landlord that lets the rooms. You can invite colleagues to it later.

Confirm your email address

We'll send you an email with a link. Open it to confirm your address. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, then ask us to send it again from the sign-in page.

Keep your account secure

Rentap holds information about people and money, so we recommend turning on two-step verification. Once it's on, you'll enter a code from an authenticator app on your phone as well as your password when you sign in.

You can turn it on from your account's security settings at any time.
