The Add a property wizard sets up a house and its rooms in three short steps. Nothing is sent to tenants while you do this.
1. Find the address
Enter the postcode and select Find. Then add the street address and a property name, what you call the house, for example 12 Elm Road.
2. Rooms
Enter the number of rooms you let; houses are managed room by room. Choose what most rooms are (single, double, en-suite or studio, or mixed) and how to name them, for example Room 1, Room 2 or Room A, Room B.
3. Check and add
Check the summary and select Add property. The house and its rooms are created straight away.
