One plan, every feature: what Rentap costs

Rentap has one plan. Every feature is included, and you pay a simple monthly price for each room you manage: £2 a room. You get 1 month free without a card. Add a card during your trial and you get 1 more month free.

Why one plan

Small landlords shouldn't have to work out which tier includes deposits, or pay extra to let tenants see their own rent. The jobs are the same whether you let five rooms or fifty, so the software should be too.

What you pay for

  • £2 per room a month for each room you let on its own. Houses are managed room by room.

So a shared house with 5 rooms is £10 a month, and two houses with 20 rooms between them are £40.

How the free period works

  1. Sign up and use everything free for 1 month. No card needed.
  2. Add a card during the trial and you get 1 more month free.
  3. After your free months, you pay each month for the number of rooms you choose.

If you don't add a card, we never charge you. When the trial ends, your account pauses and your data is kept for 12 months.

Your payment day

You pay on the same day each month as the day you started. We call it your payment day, and it stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed.

You pay for the number of rooms you choose, not for how many are let. If you choose 20 rooms and 15 are let, you pay for 20. Whenever you change the number, you see what it means for your bill and confirm it before any money moves.

Who never pays

Tenants and residents use Rentap free. Only the landlord or company letting the rooms pays.
